Bunch of scammer and zero respect to their clients, customers Yes I did receive products but with my own efforts, Bad customer service experience fect worst, I already purchased products at over price and top of that to clear my products I paid 200 percent tax and 50 percent almost shipping fee that I was already charge for expess delivery through there website. Refund policy We will return funds if we receive our stock back to our store, like a give about your products since I have already done front payment for products and delivery, It took over 5 weeks to get my delivery. I wish I could rate, below a stay but seems can't I would never recommend ever to anyone after what I have gone through Actual price of box was 500aed I bought at 2300aed plus paid for expess delivery To clear customs 570 aed which is 100 percent of Actual product and again paid 570 aed for duty tax which is also 100 percent of Actual product. Almost 200aed admin fee and again 180aed at door step delivery. Yes I did receive a box of cigars @ price or 2300+570+570+180+200=3820 After 5 damm weeks. You guys are fraud, scammer, because all you cafe about your sale not the client or customer.
